Dream Incubator Inc. (“DI”) signed an MOU this month with Sapporo City (Hokkaido, Japan) to boost research on social impact bond (“SIB”), a public-private partnership structure where national governments undertake privately financed projects through results-based contractual arrangements with private sector service providers.

Dream Incubator and Nippon Life Insurance Company (“Nissay”) have announced the signing of a business partnership agreement to promote cooperation and joint activities in solving Japan’s social issues. Under this agreement, DI and Nissay will share and utilize each other’s knowledge and networks to undertake public-private collaboration projects or initiatives.
