We are recruiting social service providers for Toyota City elderly preventive healthcare SIB project
We are recruiting private-sector social service providers for "Zutto tsunagaru project" (“Connecting always”), a long-term care prevention project jointly implemented by Toyota City (Aichi Prefecture) and Dream Incubator.
The purpose of this project is to mitigate the risk of entry into long-term care for seniors in the town by providing them with various social participation services.
• Themes of services: Online or offline social services. Possible themes include exercise, hobbies, entertainment, and employment
• Service period: 5 years from July 2021
• Target population: Healthy elderly people aged 65 and older living in Toyota City. We prioritize candidates who can approach users in their 70s
• Correlation with existing services: Our partners may launch new services or expand their existing ones. When partners participate in this project with their existing services, only newly earned customers are eligible for incentive payments
• Returns for service providers: Approx. ¥3,000/year per end user and approx. ¥10,000/year per regular user (who uses the services 6 months a year)
• Application period: End of May 2021
