DI’s new wholly-owned subsidiary PEACS Inc

In December 2020, Dream Incubator (DI) acquired a part of the publishing business from Ei-Publishing Co., Ltd. and all of its former subsidiary to create a new wholly-owned subsidiary called PEACS Inc. Katsuhiko Handa, Executive Officer of DI, will be PEACS Chairman and Representative Director. Its scope includes hobby/lifestyle-related media IP business (magazines/digital media), planning, development, production, and operation of digital marketing and digital services, creative production (video/web content), and publication design.

Technology adoption and surging penetration of smartphones are transforming daily life of consumers. People's values have also been changing dramatically in the "With/After Covid-19" era. Consumers start looking for social value (“I want to do something good for society”) over economic value and seeking cultural value to live a more “human” lifestyle. Responding to these changes means that DI will have to focus on creating “hobbies” and “lifestyles” as sustainable resources.

DI strives to continuously develop hobby/lifestyle content-driven media business and use subscription services and digitization as key to creating great fan experience.
