Associate / Senior Associate

We are now hiring full-time Consultant (Associate, Senior Associate)

Minimum requirements for all positions

  • Holders of Advanced graduate degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic record; focus in a Business or Quantitative discipline (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Management, etc.);

  • Prior consulting experience preferred;

  • Good understanding of the Vietnam market, coupled with sound business knowledge;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong command of English and Vietnamese;

  • Highly resourceful, with superior problem solving and analytical skills;

  • Good time-management skills and a flexible attitude, with ability to meet tight deadlines and handle simultaneous work streams;

  • Strong customer service orientation with willingness to work in a demanding and results-oriented team environment;

  • IT skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;

  • Vietnamese only

Key responsibilities

● You'll work in teams of typically 3 ~ 4 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement;

- This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.

● You'll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
